Atlanta-based rapper Archie Eversole, who rose to fame with his hit song “We Ready” ft. Bubba Sparxxx, has passed away at the age of 37.
Archie, born Arthur Eversole, was shot on March 25, and police responded to a call about the shooting at a Chevron gas station on Snapfinger Woods Drive. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated for his injuries, and he passed away on April 3.
According to DeKalb County police out of Georgia, Archie’s brother, Alexander Kraus, has been charged with his murder. Local reports state that Kraus was arrested after the shooting and charged with aggravated assault, but his charges were upgraded to murder after Eversole died.
