Alpo Martinez is one the most polarizing names in street crime from the iconic streets of Harlem, NYC. Alpo Martinez rose to popularity in the 80’s when he and his friends Rich Porter and AZ took the streets over in Harlem with their successful drug trade. Alpo Martinez later became popular when it was revealed that he set up and murdered his best friend Rich Porter. The three drug dealers became household names across America when Dame Dash did a film on them titled “Paid in Full”.
