Frandie’s latest collaboration with A.Slay and N-amouR reveals his positive and happy side. The rapper and producer talks about how “Slowly” came about and reflects back on how his sound has evolved throughout his career: “Well when I started making music, my songs were just a way to express the heartache I had experienced. As time went on and I grew more as an artist (and a person), I started being more open to and appreciative of “the brighter side of life.”
Showing confidence and the fun aspect of romance, Frandie wants to capture the early stages of a relationship where things move “Slowly” and everything is light and amusing.
Frandie’s Dominican upbringing and American lifestyle has helped him integrate both factors into his songs. The versatile artist follows the steps of his biggest inspirations like Eminem, Linkin Park, Romeo Santos, and Aventura by mixing in different and distinctive sounds and genres together.
Now that “Slowly” is released, Frandie is directing his focus to the Deluxe Edition of “Twosday.” The rapper is excited to share new material and visuals of the project.
