The Game kicked off the evening with a surprise appearance from Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, who provided live percussion for a rendition of “Dope Boys” from the 2008 album LAX. The energy in the room was palpable as The Game leaned into the spectacle, famously consuming a significant portion of a bottle of Don Julio before smashing it on the stage floor.

According to NBC Los Angeles, YG was not arrested and is not considered a suspect or person of interest in the ongoing investigation. He was released in time to participate in the show, where he addressed the rumors surrounding his career and personal life.
The Drakeo the Ruler homicide investigation remains active, and no further charges were announced following the search. YG has consistently denied any involvement in the tragedy, addressing the situation directly on his latest album, The Gentlemen’s Club.
