Lil Durk’s OTF record label is having a lot of legal trouble lately. Today we learn that Lil Durk’s OTF artist JusBlow was charged with a 2017 murder and is now facing 65 years in prison.
Mitchell has been accused of being the one to fire the fatal gunshots that killed Khalil Carter, 19, on Oct. 31, 2017. Mitchell, Haynes, and a third person, Lucky R. Tyler, were all charged in the case. Haynes pleaded guilty to one count of robbery resulting in bodily injury, a level 2 felony. If convicted, she faces between 10-30 years in prison.
Mitchell and Tyler each are facing one count of murder, one count of murder in perpetration of a robbery, two counts of robbery, one count of aggravated battery, and two counts of criminal confinement. Mitchell and Tyler are facing between 45 and 65 years if convicted.
