Megan Thee Stallion is seemingly preparing to drop a followup to her latest self-titled album.
The Houston Hottie took to Instagram to share a short visual teasing the new project’s impending arrival, which sees her transform as a butterfly following the serpent themes of MEGAN. “Stay tuned hotties,” she wrote in the caption, but did not reveal any additional details.
MEGAN went on to open at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and was 2024’s biggest debut for a rap album by a woman by units, as well as the year’s first top 10-charting rap album by a woman. The 18-track effort features guest appearances from Kyle Richh on “B.A.S.,” Japanese hip-hop artist Yuki Chiba on “Mamushi,” GloRilla on “Accent,” Victoria Monét on “Spin” and Bun B and the late Pimp C, better known as the duo UGK.
Her teaser arrives shortly after her successful hosting stint at the 2024 MTV VMAs and the release of her latest single “Neva Play” with RM.
