Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty past is here to haunt him as he was arrested by US Marshalls for failure to register as a *** fender. Kenneth Petty moved to California recently this past July 2019 and was pulled over by Beverly Hills police. They noticed he was not registered in California as a *** fender but he was in New York. He was arrested and released on a $20,000 bond. The L.A. County D.A. charged him for failing to register as a *** fender. Back in 1995 Nicki Minaj’s husband was convicted rape where he served 4 years in prison and was required to register as a *** fender. At the moment if convicted he is facing up to 10 years in prison. Nicki Minaj brother was also convicted rape as well a minor and is also currently in prison.
