Tennessee rapper Pronto is known for his mellow therapeutic hip-hop tracks that have seen a surging interest from listeners across the globe and his latest release is filled with catchy hooks, saddening lyrics and as usual, Pronto’s signature therapeutic touch. Titled “I’m Done,” the song is an expression of betrayal and letting people down, which are all drawn from the artist’s real life experiences.
The single “I’m Done” has already surpassed 100k streams on Spotify as the fan-favorite song conveys a lot of strong lyrics that will appeal to the many people who have been backstabbed by their loved ones. When asked about the inspiration behind the song, Pronto said “Some relationship problems that lost my trust like most people go through but as for the backstab that was a family member who took extreme measures to try and purposely hurt me and throw dirt on my name.” He continues, “and at that moment I knew even blood can betray you, so truly you can’t trust anyone out here anymore.”
