Popular Philadelphia rapper Quilly drops off his newest song titled “Top Carrier” and it has him going at Philly’s biggest rap star Meek Mill. Meek and Quilly have been enemies for a little while now, but on this record Quilly might have crossed the line by dissing Meeks baby mother Milan Harris on the song.
