Another Co-Defendant in the Tekashi 6ix9ine Nine Trey Blood case has went down. Fuguan “Fubanger” Lovick the man who shot at Casanova’s crew during a 2018 beef that took place at the Barclays Center was sentenced today. Fubanger pleaded guilty to to one count discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime violence, which carried a guaranteed minimum 84 months. He previously pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon.
Fuguan “Fubanger” Lovick, the man who shot in the air at the Barclays Center during an altercation between Tekashi and Casanova’s crews in 2018, was sentenced to 85 months in prison. Judge Paul A. Engelmayer sentenced him to one additional month for that charge. Engelmeyer told Lovick during the hearing, “You were not aiming at a person. That’s quite important to me,” but added, “You were enabling a dangerous organization,” referring to the Nine Trey Bloods.
In addition to the 85 months sentence, Lovick was given 3 years supervised release, where he is to have no contact with any Nine Trey Bloods.
