In celebrating the WNBA Draft, Tissot has revealed a duo of special edition Seastar watches in collaboration with Wilson.
Boasting a 40mm stainless steel build, the Tissot Seastar Wilson® WNBA watches arrive in a white-coded quartz version and an automatic option sporting a black dial and bezel. In marking Tissot’s official timekeeper status for both WNBA and NBA, the rotating bezel implements the 24-second basketball shot clock time, while an engraving of the ball graces the caseback.
Borrowing cues from Wilson’s official WNBA basketball, both timepieces are paired with interchangeable straps in orange or white, crafted from the same Evo-NXT premium composite material that’s used in the official basketball. Adorning the straps, Wilson’s logo as well as WNBA’s jumping woman motif are incorporated in a contrasting hue, accentuating the space between the lugs of the watches.
