Finally we are getting detail in the Tory Lanez vs Megan Thee Stallion shooting case. Yesterday The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office announced that Tory Lanez will be charged with the Megan Thee Stallion shooting. Tory’s charges are assault with a semiautomatic firearm, personal use of a firearm, and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle. Tory also faces a gun allegation and that he personally inflicted great bodily injury.
Lanez’s arraignment is scheduled for October 13. If convicted, he faces a possible maximum sentence of 22 years and eight months in state prison. The Los Angeles Police Department is still investigating the case.
