A maskless Police officer approached the innocent Virginia man in the mall in front of his family & accused him of credit card fraud. The Virginia Beach Police Department has since apologized to the man for the incident and said a different man was arrested in connection with the credit card fraud. The man plans to sue because since the arrest he has now contracted Covid-19 and believes it came from the maskless police officer who arrested him as a result of mistaken identity.
