In celebrating the 25th anniversary of its showcase collection, Frederique Constant has prepared a number of new timepieces to commemorate this milestone. First to unveil are a duo of new Chronograph Automatic wristwatches, both boasting a 41mm case size.
Priced at £3,295 GBP (around $4,172 USD), the steel-cased model is a limited edition of 1,888 examples, starring an opaline dial adorned with contrasting chrono counters and rehaut in fir green. Adding to its luxury sports appeal, the piece is paired with nubuck-finished leather leather in green with croc patterns.
Meanwhile, the rose gold-plated variant that comes with a midnight blue dial is a non-limited release with a price tag of £3,495 GBP (around $4,425 USD). Snailed silver sub counters have been incorporated for a classy and complementary highlight against its dark and modern dial. The lumed hands and applied indices also boast a warm golden look that echoes its rose gold watch case and pushers. Completing the timepiece is a matching midnight blue leather strap in a croc-patterned nubuck finish.
Both timepieces are powered by the 60-hour-power-reserve FC-391 automatic-winding caliber, viewable through the watches’ see-through casebacks. In addition to the primary leather straps, the watches also come with two more interchangeable styles.
