Nike has unveiled the Pegasus 41, integrating innovations in its midsole technology. The latest addition to the celebrated Pegasus line promises to deliver an unparalleled combination of comfort and performance.

At the heart of the Pegasus 41 is the introduction of Nike’s new full-length ReactX foam. This advanced material offers over 13 percent more energy return than its predecessor, the React foam, used in the Pegasus 40. The new foam enhances performance and also significantly reduces the carbon footprint associated with its production by at least 43 percent.

In addition to the ReactX foam, the Pegasus 41 features Nike’s proprietary Air Zoom units in both the forefoot and heel. This combination ensures a responsive and cushioned ride, maintaining the Pegasus reputation for reliability and comfort underfoot.

The shoe’s design also emphasizes sustainability and efficiency in manufacturing, aligning with Nike’s ongoing commitment to reducing environmental impact. The Pegasus 41 not only advances in cushioning technology but also in the engineering of its upper. The newly designed mesh upper is lighter, more breathable and offers increased comfort, making it suitable for a variety of runners.

Further catering to diverse needs, the 2024 Pegasus family introduces several specialized models including the Pegasus EasyOn for effortless wearability, the rugged Pegasus Trail 5 and the weather-resistant Pegasus Trail and Pegasus Winter Gore-Tex models.

The new Pegasus 41 is scheduled for a June release via Nike’s official site and select retailers, with specifics on pricing yet to be revealed at the time of writing.
