Earl Sweatshirt was the sole guest for Tyler, the Creator‘s set at Coachella weekend two, where the pair performed a pair of oldies.
The set marked the first time in a decade that the duo performed “AssMilk,” which initially debuted on Tyler’s 2009 mixtape BASTARD, followed by their WOLF collab “Rusty.” Following their performance, the two shared a hug and Tyler gave Sweatshirt his flowers, calling him his brother. “Look at the biggest show on Earth,” the IGOR artist said of Sweatshirt and the stage setup. “I love this guy so f*cking much,” he added.
Unlike his weekend one set, Tyler only had one guest make a special appearance. During his performance of “She,” he asked the crowd to sing along if they knew the words as he confirmed that Frank Ocean — the song’s original collaborator — is not coming out that night. “We don’t know where that n***a is,” Tyler joked.
